1. Reporting Complaints

Riped Mango Admins encourage all users and subscribers to report any concerns or complaints related to the services provided on our platform. By submitting a complaint, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Complaints must be submitted through our official chat support messaging system. You may be required to provide profile details, screenshots, or images related to the transaction or issue in order to assist our team in reviewing and resolving your concern efficiently.

2. Receiving and Resolving Complaints

Upon receiving a complaint, our administrators will review the matter to fully understand the issue and its category. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and with proper consideration for all parties involved.

Riped Mango Admins will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively. Resolution timelines depend on the nature and urgency of each case. Most complaints are reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days, though some cases may require additional time.

3. Review of Complaint Status

  • Our admins will review all information and supporting documents submitted with your complaint.
  • Additional information or documentation may be requested if necessary.
  • We aim to review and take action on complaints within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, depending on the nature of the complaint.
  • Any content that violates our Terms of Service may be removed immediately once confirmed by our administrators.
  • You will be notified through your personal profile regarding the outcome of your complaint. This may include actions such as subscription review, payment investigation, content removal, account reactivation, account termination, or administrative confirmation.
  • If you wish to receive or decline updates regarding your complaint, including illegal content reports, please inform us at the time of submission.
  • Riped Mango does not disclose the existence or content of user complaints except where strictly necessary to process the report.

4. Abuse of the Complaint Process

Riped Mango Admins do not tolerate false, misleading, or abusive complaints, including those intended to blackmail, threaten, harass, or harm any individual or the platform.

If a subscriber engages in abusive behavior or submits serious false complaints, Riped Mango reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice.

5. Creator Complaints

Riped Mango Admins also review and process complaints submitted by creators. These may include payment-related concerns, subscriber abuse, or content removal requests. All creator complaints are handled with the same level of fairness and confidentiality.
